• Airport Transportation: Transport of luggage and goods to and from the airport.

• Special Item Handling: Moving oversized or heavy items such as furniture, equipment, and bulk goods.

• Third-Party Storage Support: Assistance in connecting customers with external storage providers where needed.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. No Guarantees of Timing or Outcomes

While we aim to provide reliable and timely service, we do not guarantee:

• Exact delivery or arrival times
• Availability of same-day services in all situations
• That delays will not occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen conditions

We always strive to communicate clearly and keep you informed throughout your service.

4. Quotes, Fees and Payments

All services are based on custom quotes depending on:

• Distance

• Size of move

• Type of items

• Accessibility (stairs, elevators, etc.)

• Quotes are estimates and may change based on actual service conditions.
• All pricing will be communicated clearly before service confirmation.
• Payments must be made as agreed before or upon completion of service.
• All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your move or delivery
• Clearly describe all items being transported
• Inform us of any special requirements (stairs, heavy items, fragile goods)
• Ensure proper access at pickup and delivery locations
• Be present or have a representative available during service

Failure to provide accurate details may result in delays or additional charges.

6. Handling of Goods

We take care in handling your items. However:

• Customers must properly pack fragile or valuable items unless packing service is requested
• We are not responsible for damage due to improper packing by the customer
• High-value items should be declared in advance

7. Third-Party Services

In cases where we assist with storage or external services, these are provided by third parties.

Ubaka Logistics Inc. is not responsible for:
• Third-party storage conditions
• Third-party service delays
• Loss or damage occurring outside our direct handling

8. Intellectual Property
